Who you are buying from

These terms apply to orders placed on rebornindustrial.com. Placing an order means you accept them. Our contact details are on the contact page.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we accept it, which is when we dispatch the goods. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if the price shown was wrong, or if the order fails our fraud checks. If we decline after you have paid, we refund in full.

Prices and currency

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Prices exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable, and exclude shipping unless your order qualifies for free shipping. We may change prices at any time, but never after accepting your order.

If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we are not obliged to sell at that price. We will contact you and either confirm the correct price or cancel and refund.

Standing orders

Standing orders are recurring shipments charged automatically to the card on file each time they ship, on the interval you choose, until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account page, with no minimum term and no cancellation fee. The full terms — including how often you are charged, how much, the notice we send before each shipment, and how to cancel — are set out on the standing orders page and are shown again on the payment screen before you confirm.

Promotions

Where we run a promotion, the terms are stated with the offer. Unless we say otherwise: one promotion per order, promotions cannot be combined, they exclude shipping charges and sales tax, they apply only while stocks last, and we may withdraw them at any time. A promotional code applied in error can be reversed before dispatch. Free-shipping thresholds are calculated on the goods total before tax.

Availability

We hold stock but we can still run out. If an item goes out of stock after you order it, we will tell you and either hold the order, ship what we have, or refund the unavailable line.

Product information

Specifications and ratings are those published by the manufacturer. We take care to reproduce them accurately but we do not test or certify products ourselves. It is your responsibility to select equipment appropriate for your application and to use it safely and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Photographs are representative; natural materials vary between lots.

Restrictions on sale and export

We sell and ship within the United States only. We do not export and we do not accept orders for delivery outside the United States or to freight forwarders acting for an overseas buyer. You may not re-export goods bought from us in breach of United States export control law. Chemical products are sold for industrial and occupational use and are not for household or consumer use.

Returns

Set out in full in our returns and refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of production or profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which we operate, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
