Hex cap screws in 18-8 stainless with matching nuts, sorted by size, for assemblies exposed to moisture or washdown where zinc-plated steel would corrode. 18-8 is the general-purpose austenitic grade; it is not the right choice for high-chloride or marine exposure, where 316 is called for. Stainless galls readily when run down dry — use anti-seize on the threads.
